The Midstream element of the project includes; gathering pipelines for raw crude oil and natural gas; an industrial campus with a rail depot and natural gas liquids facility; a blending plant; and a manifest yard. The new rail depot, which will look like the one envisioned and developed by the principal of RJA 10, LLC shown below in the photo, will be capable of transporting hundreds of thousands of barrels of crude oil virtually anywhere in the United States, as the diagram below left illustrates. The rail depot will allow rail transportation of the end products from the industrial campus as well of providing access for delivery of equipment for the development of the full project. The natural gas liquids facility shown below right will: capture the valuable natural gas liquids, including butane and propane; isolate helium and other valuable gases; and capture carbon dioxide for injection and sequestration.
